RECON welcomes our newest business partner, Ioan Bantchev. Ioan is a hard worker immigrated from Bulgaria, but found that hard work doesn't automatically give him the American Dream, there are just too many employers willing to take advantage of his generous nature and talents without a good reward. Ioan's focus will be on Paintless Dent Repair, training eight hours a day for four weeks, slowly working into paying jobs. RECON and Manheim Greater Las Vegas Auto Auction have entered an agreement providing dealer reconditioning services through RECON Mobile Dent and Paint. RECON will perform repairs on spot for smaller repairs, but will remain in property for even larger auto body repairs. First year target is $250,000 in revenue. RECON will provide service with their current group of owner/operator technicians, but is actively seeking an eager entrepeneur to train and eventually manage this agreement into $1 million dollars per year.

Chrysler is downsizing over 400 dealerships and Ford and GM each want to et rod of 1000 dealers. That's 2400 fewer places to make a living in the coming years. The smaller technician is going to find it harder and harder to make money without support. I used to work for Manheim Auctions years ago until someone there saw the checks they were writing me and wanted to keep them inhouse. When's the last time you did a job for Manheim?
